KRISIS FLOOD BAG WARRANTY

If your Krisis Flood Bag fails because of defective materials or workmanship under correct use while you remain the bag’s owner, Krisis Protection will replace the product free of charge for up to 5 years from the date of sale.

To start your warranty claim, please send us a clear picture of the fault and product serial number (attached to both blue and orange bags), together with your proof of purchase. We’ll get back to you with next steps. You will need to return the product in the blue carry bag provided with proof of purchase.

If it is determined that the fault occurred because of improper usage or other unforeseen circumstances, Krisis Protection will contact you and obtain your approval to replace the bag at your expense.

WHAT IS COVERED?

Krisis Protection warrants to the original retail purchaser that all components will be free from defects in workmanship, including the material, seams, zipper, handles, and anchor points. If one of our products fails during the warranty period due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will replace the defective product.

This warranty only covers the Krisis Flood Bags purchased and used in the Australia.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Our warranty does not cover damages that result from improper use or abuse of the product, or other unforeseen circumstances. Krisis Flood Bags are intended for single use only. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use, are excluded from warranty. The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. In no event will Krisis Protection’s aggregate liability exceed the price paid for the product.

Krisis Flood Bags offer protection for your common household and business items, for example:
  • Televisions
  • Couches
  • Tables and chairs
  • Rugs
  • Beds
  • Kitchen appliances
  • Dressers
  • Workplace stock. Etc.

While there is every chance Krisis bags will protect home and business contents, it is not expected that Krisis Flood Bags will be used to protect high-value items, such as works of art or designer products. For added security we recommend that high-value items should be moved away from locations during floods.
